USA Heritage Academy works with selected families who educate their children at home. The Academy agrees an individual programme of study with the family, provides direct teaching in selected subjects, and supervises the student’s broader academic programme.
Subjects studied principally at home may be recognised for USA Heritage Academy credit where the agreed programme, evidence of work and assessment meet the Academy’s academic standards. Regular assessments and reviews are agreed in advance with the family, and credits successfully validated by the Academy are recorded on the student’s USA Heritage Academy transcript.
